Terms of membership
Good to know
Minimum term
All memberships have a minimum term of 3 months. After your initial 3 months, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice before your next billing date.
Billing
Memberships renew automatically each month on your joining date. Payment is taken from your card on file.
Class cancellations
Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will be deducted from your monthly session allowance.
Unused sessions
Sessions are valid within your monthly billing period and do not carry over to the following month. We encourage members to make the most of their allowance each month.
Pausing
After the initial three paid membership months, members may request one pause in any rolling 12 months for 1–28 consecutive days. Pauses start at renewal and require studio approval at least 24 hours beforehand. Unused monthly classes expire as usual; separately purchased credits keep their normal expiry dates. Monthly billing restarts on the agreed date, with membership access restored once payment succeeds. Please contact us directly to arrange a pause.
Sharing
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. They may not be shared with or used by another individual.
Cancellation
To cancel your membership, please contact us in writing. Cancellations require 30 days’ notice after the minimum 3-month term. We will always confirm your cancellation in writing.

Can I change my membership plan?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing date.
What happens if I miss a class or cancel late?
Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time. Late cancellations and no-shows will be deducted from your monthly allowance. We recommend cancelling as early as possible so others can take your spot.
Is there a joining fee?
No joining fee. You simply pay your first month’s membership and you’re in.
How do I cancel my membership?

Do my sessions roll over if I don’t use them?
